This build was inspired by 31043 Chopper Transporter. I used the parts from the service truck and tried to follow the instructions for the truck. At the back of the manual for the truck it suggests swapping the chopper for the arm and submersible from 31045, which in turn led me to add the arm and build the container for the truck to transport.

For the photos I swapped out the 4488 axle mounts for a pair of 4600 as it makes the model look nicer but it is perfectly playable without that change.
