This build is actually 2-in-1. In step 2 you can choose to mount the wings in the conventional way or reversed. This mounting method gives the model a wider wingspan than in the original.

I was originally aiming to build a reverse wing jet. Looking around for the closest match after I put it together, they more typically have canards and no horizontal tail fins. So that will be the subject of another build.
